Otoko Ramen is a Japanese ramen shop in Singapore that serves tonkotsu ramen. The menu includes tonkotsu ramen, unagi don, karaage, and a spicy tonkotsu ramen. The tonkotsu broth is light without any pork smell, and the noodles come out with a proper texture. The truffle mazesoba is oily and its sauce flavor quickly becomes monotonous.
