OPVS 2 Oyster Bar & Grill is on the second floor of a shophouse on Boat Quay in Singapore. It serves raw oysters, wagyu burgers, and steak, and orders can also include grilled salmon. Only a small sign marks the first floor, so the entrance is easy to miss. The Cloud Burger patty is cooked medium and comes out less done.
