Mod Keaw Kitchen & Bar is an open-air coffee-shop-style restaurant in Singapore's Cantonment area serving Thai seafood and stir-fried dishes. It offers chili crab, tom yum hor fun, and basil minced pork rice, with live seafood selected from tanks and cooked to order. The seating is outdoors with several fans, and during peak hours seats fill up without a reservation. There is no air conditioning, so it is hot and humid.
