Marsiling Teochew Fish Soup is a stall in the Shunfu Mart food centre in Singapore that serves fish soup with sliced fresh fish and fried fish. The twin fish soup comes with thick rice noodles or rice, and a shredded egg topping can be added. The broth is deeper and richer than a clear Teochew-style soup, the fish flesh is soft, and the fried fish is chewy. The queue is long around lunchtime and only cash is accepted, and the fish pieces are on the small side.
