Maki San is a shop in Cineleisure in Singapore that sells sushi and salads. You choose the ingredients yourself to build the filling, with options including salmon, avocado, asparagus, shimeji mushrooms, cherry tomatoes and rolled egg. Orders and payment are handled on a touchscreen machine instead of a paper form, which makes them faster. When orders pile up, the food can take 25 minutes to come out.
