Liu Lang Mian Noodle Bar

Liu Lang Mian Noodle Bar is a ramen and soba shop that mixes Japanese noodles with Singaporean ingredients, located outside Alexandra Central across from Jalan Bukit Merah. It serves grilled duck chashu soba, signature chili mazesoba, and robak noodles alongside sides such as Amah's ngoh hiang and pajeon. On a Saturday evening, writing a number on the waitlist led to entry about 15 minutes later, and lunch service ends at 3 PM. The shop is very cramped, with tight spacing between seats.
