Liao Fan Hawker Chan is a chicken specialist in Singapore's Chinatown selling chicken rice and noodle dishes. Soy sauce chicken and char siu are ordered with rice or noodles, and the noodles have a texture that snaps cleanly when bitten. Even when a queue forms, the line moves quickly and food comes out soon after ordering. The chicken rice portion is on the small side.
