Le Shrimp Ramen 樂虾拉面家 at Paragon is a Chinese ramen shop in the basement of Paragon shopping centre on Orchard Road in Singapore. It serves ramen in a thick shrimp broth and shrimp meatball ramen. The Trio Ramen comes with whole shrimp, shrimp dumplings and shrimp meatballs, and the noodles can be chosen as ramen or rice noodles. Sets include a side dish and a drink, and orders can take about 20 minutes to arrive; the whole shrimp must be peeled by hand, which makes them awkward to eat.
