Koothurar Nasi Briyani

Koothurar Nasi Briyani is a hawker stall on Beach Road in Singapore that sells mutton, chicken and fish biryani. The mutton is tender, the gravy is thick, and the rice comes with an egg. The fish biryani comes out at 12:30 pm, many customers order takeout, and pickles are served on the side. The line gets long at lunch, and waits of more than 10 minutes are common.
