Katong Laksa (George's)

Katong Laksa (George's) is a hawker stall in Singapore's Katong area that serves seafood laksa. The coconut milk broth comes with shrimp, clams and fish cake, and is served with thick noodles and laksa leaf sambal. It is sold in three sizes: small, medium and large. The stall closes once its ingredients run out, and the broth's saltiness stands out more than its coconut flavour.
