Katachi Sushi Bar - Sushi & Japanese Wine - is a small sushi bar in Singapore. It serves sashimi and sushi as part of an omakase, with rice that has a distinct vinegar flavour. If the first seating is full, guests can dine at the 8:30 p.m. seating. Each course comes with an explanation, but communication with Chef Fuji can be difficult because he speaks little English.
