Kajiken

Kajiken is a noodle restaurant in Tanjong Pagar, Singapore, serving Japanese mazesoba and Taiwanese dry noodles. The noodles are mixed with sauce rather than served in broth, and come topped with chashu, scallions, and egg yolk. Noodle size-ups are free and extra toppings can be added, including chashu and scallions. The shop is small, so seating is limited and it tends to be crowded.
