Jinghua Xiao Chi is a Chinese restaurant in Singapore's Chinatown that serves dumplings and dim sum. Its pizza dumplings wrap fillings in a thin, crisp skin, and xiao long bao and pan-fried pork and seafood dumplings are also available to order. The red bean pancake fills a thin glutinous rice dough with red bean paste and fries it until crisp. The zhajiangmian has a strongly sweet peanut sauce, which makes it hard to recommend.
