Jade Palace Seafood Restaurant is a Cantonese restaurant in the basement of Forum Mall in Orchard, Singapore. It serves dim sum, live seafood, fried frog legs and claypot rice in a Hong Kong style, and has a wine cellar. At weekend lunch, dim sum such as har gow and siu mai come straight from the kitchen and are eaten hot, and reservations are recommended. On weekends the tables are close together and the room is noisy.
