Enishi @ International Plaza

Enishi is a small Japanese ramen shop on the second floor of International Plaza in Singapore. Its main dish is tantanmen topped with peanut sauce, minced meat, chashu, and pickled ginger, served with dashi ramen. Customers write their order and pay before being seated, and can get a small bowl of rice to add to the remaining sauce. With only 9 to 12 seats, the lunch wait can run around 30 minutes.
