Ebi Bar

Ebi Bar is a small restaurant in a corner of the basement level of a Singapore shopping mall, serving shrimp noodle soup and shrimp soup rice. The focus is a thick shrimp broth topped with grilled shrimp, and the shop also sells ale and lager. Hokkien mee is on the menu, and the noodle dishes come with large, well-grilled shrimp. Prices are on the higher side.
