Dongbuk Soju serves Chinese dishes such as guobaorou and malatang in Singapore's Chinatown. It also offers eggplant dishes, beef hot pot, and cold noodles, and the guobaorou has a crisp texture with a sour sauce. Portions are large enough that one or two people may leave food behind, and the cold noodles can be eaten like naengmyeon when ice is added. The guobaorou does not differ much from what is eaten in Korea, so it offers little novelty.
