Din Tai Fung

Din Tai Fung is a Taiwanese dim sum restaurant on basement level 1 of Paragon shopping centre on Orchard Road, serving xiaolongbao and wonton noodles. The xiaolongbao hold meat juice inside a thin wrapper, and the wonton noodles come out mild. The dining room is large and, being inside a department store, relatively quiet. The number of basic dishes on offer is small.
