De Golden Spoon Seafood is a local Chinese restaurant in Tiong Bahru serving chilli crab and seafood dishes. Its signature dish is crab bee hoon soaked in seafood flavour, and diners also order chilli crab, pepper crab and coffee ribs alongside it. The restaurant has been open for 40 years and the indoor area is air-conditioned, but it gets loud when crowded, so the outdoor tables are quieter. Boiled peanuts, oolong tea and wet tissues are charged even if you do not order them, so you have to say first that you do not want them.
