Covent Garden Kway Chap is a stall in a Havelock hawker centre that serves kway chap, a bowl of gopchang, tofu, pork and rice noodles. The noodles are soft, and the broth is a herb-scented soy broth; you pick large intestine, small intestine, fish cake, salted vegetables and fried tofu to add to it. You choose the ingredients you want, have them combined into one bowl, and can add chilli sauce on the side. It opens in the morning, and by midday it often sells out and the queue gets long, with the portion of ingredients per serving on the small side.
