Chatterbox

Chatterbox is a hotel restaurant on the fifth floor of Hilton Singapore Orchard on Orchard Road, serving Hainanese chicken rice and local Singaporean dishes. It has operated since 1971, offering chicken rice with rice cooked in chicken broth and ginger, chilli, and dark soy sauces, along with lobster laksa. The chicken is tender and moist, and the rice is eaten with the sauces. As hotel dining, it is priced higher than typical local food.
