Cantonese Delights - 廣東小吃

Cantonese Delights is a hawker stall in Singapore's Hong Lim Food Centre selling wonton noodles and chicken curry noodles. The curry is only mildly spicy with a slight sweetness, the noodles are springy, and the chicken cutlet is fried until crisp. Pork lard and sambal are available for self-service, and the stall often draws long lines, so arriving early helps. The char siu comes with both lean meat and fat, but it is on the tough and dry side.
