Brothers Ramen serves jiro-style ramen and tonkotsu ramen on the first floor of International Plaza, next to Tanjong Pagar MRT station. The signature Megaman comes loaded with bean sprouts, thick noodles, seabura, and garlic. Lines can run an hour before entry. The broth leans heavily salty.
