Blue Potato

Blue Potato is a poolside restaurant next to the swimming pool at Merchant Court Hotel in Singapore, serving pizza, sandwiches, burgers, salads and snacks. The chicken and beef satay are grilled well and served with satay sauce. Guests can eat at the outdoor seats by the pool and swim, and the staff respond attentively and politely. There is no air conditioning, so there are no indoor cooled seats.
