Bedok Interchange Hawker Centre sits next to Bedok Mall and is attached to the Bedok MRT and bus interchange. Stalls there serve local food including wanton noodles, nasi lemak and prawn noodles. The rojak comes with a thick shrimp paste sauce and crispy you tiao, and the spinach soup is served with rice in a generous portion. At 7pm on a weekend the prawn noodle stall was not crowded, and some stalls were still open at 10pm.
