Ashino

Ashino is a Japanese restaurant in CHIJMES, Singapore, serving aged sushi omakase. Most of the fish is aged for seven to nine days, and a distinct vinegar is used in the shari. The sushi course consists of 16 pieces of sushi and also includes aged sashimi. The restaurant also serves less common seafood such as akoya clams and mehikari.
