Apollon

Apollon is a Japanese-style izakaya on the first floor of Orchard Plaza in Singapore, serving crab croquettes, oden, and tuna egg yolk maki. The oden uses a rich broth, with clams and other ingredients each prepared to taste differently, and plum wine soda and highballs are also available. The space is divided into two sections seating 8 to 12 people each, one quieter and the other livelier. On Friday nights, seats fill up quickly.
