Ann Chin Popiah is a hawker stall on the second floor of Chinatown Complex in Singapore. It sells popiah, kueh pie tee and fried spring rolls, and the popiah is made with a thin wrapper prepared daily by hand and filled with cooked radish, egg, peanuts and crunchy ingredients in a sweet sauce. Popiah can be ordered one at a time, and the wrapper is made on the spot so it comes out warm. The line is long at lunchtime.
