Soolbam

Sulbam is a seafood restaurant in Sillim-dong that serves Jeju ttak-saeu hoe and salmon. The ttak-saeu, a signature Jeju product, is not farmed and has firm flesh with a strong sweetness. The menu also includes snow cheese rose tteokbokki and handmade king shrimp tempura. The salmon is thick and has no fishy smell.
