Tsutenkaku Observatory is a tourist spot in the middle of the Shinsekai street in Osaka where visitors take in city views and night views. From the observatory, visitors see the Osaka skyline and can also try experiences such as a slide. Staff take two photos on the rooftop, and visitors download them for free via QR code. The space at the top is small.
