Ubuka is a Japanese restaurant in Arakicho, Tokyo, a few minutes from Yotsuya-sanchome Station, serving courses built around shrimp and crab. The courses run from shrimp fried in a sauce made with shrimp miso to crab terrine and crab rice cooked in a pot. First visits are booked through an omakase reservation site, and rice left at the end of the course can be packed as takeout onigiri. Reservations for one month open on the first of the month two months ahead and fill quickly, so seats are hard to get.
