Media Cafe Popeye Shijō-Kawaramachi is an internet cafe in Kyoto, near the Hankyu and Keihan stations. It has private rooms for overnight stays, a free drink bar, manga and magazines, and dedicated seats for gaming. All seats are non-smoking, so there is no cigarette smell, and the private rooms and restrooms are clean and quiet. The entrance is reached through an alley off Shijō street, which makes it hard to find at first.
