Tumugi is a takeout shop in Shibuchika, the basement of Mark City directly connected to Shibuya Station, selling soft-serve ice cream made with Hokkaido milk. The texture is adjusted for air content and temperature so it melts lightly like fresh cream, and you can choose a cup or a cone. The Hokkaido milk flavor is clear while the finish stays light, with a soft texture throughout. The soft-serve is on the small side.
