Owl Village Cafe Harajuku

Owl Village Cafe Harajuku is an animal cafe in Jingumae, Shibuya, a five-minute walk from Harajuku Station. Admission includes a drink and allows visitors to place an owl on their arm, pet it, and feed it. Entry is by online reservation only, with three to four groups admitted per hour, so walk-ins are not possible. Staff explain in English which parts of the owls can be touched.
