Cafe Reissue in Jingumae, Shibuya, Tokyo draws requested character latte art on the foam, from cats and Totoro to idol characters, when customers show a photo. The second-floor space holds about six two-person tables and two four-person tables, so when it is crowded customers write their name and return at a given time or wait 20 minutes to an hour. Payment is cash only. The cafe sits in the back streets of Harajuku.
