Ttugbangjib

Ttukbangjip is a charcoal-grilled gochujang restaurant near Musimcheon in Cheongju. The charcoal gochujang-gui comes pre-grilled and nearly cooked through, and a ttukbaegi of cheonggukjang is included by default. The kimchi-mari guksu is made with aged kimchi and has a cool broth. It opens only for lunch, so no meals are served in the evening.
