Sindaebak Busok Gui

Sin Daebak Busok Gui is a busok gui restaurant in Sannam-dong, Cheongju. The kitchen grills the busok gui and makchang (beef abomasum) for you, then simmers a chojang-based sauce with fresh kimchi, scallions, and chili on the grill plate for dipping. In the evening a wait forms, and orders are taken in advance while tables are cleared so the food comes out quickly. The round tables are cramped and the dining room is loud.
