Nakwonjin Galbi

Nakwonjin Galbi is a galbi restaurant in Bunpyeong-dong, Cheongju. Pork galbi and beef are grilled over bamboo charcoal and served with a shabu-shabu containing vegetables and mushrooms. When you order meat, you take vegetables, kalguksu (knife-cut noodles), and sujebi (hand-torn dough soup) from the self-service bar, and you can make porridge with the leftover shabu broth. Grilling and shabu-shabu are both handled by the diners, so the meal is a bit busy.
