Gaesin-dong Haejangguk

Gaesin Dong Haejangguk is a hangover soup restaurant in Gaesin-dong, Cheongju. It serves haejangguk with seonji, tripe, bean sprouts and cabbage, and a giblet soup with perilla seeds. The restaurant has its own parking lot, and the broth can be seasoned further with chili oil, chopped chili and dadegi. Giblets make up a large portion of the dishes, so it does not suit diners who do not enjoy them.
