Subok Makchang is a small Seoul restaurant that serves Daegu-style makchang (beef abomasum) in the manner of a neighborhood drinking spot. The makchang comes with a dipping sauce, and steamed egg can be ordered on the side. The makchang is pre-grilled, so cooking time at the table is short, and the owner grills it for customers when the restaurant is not busy. With few tables, it gets hard to talk when crowded, and the smell of makchang clings to your clothes.
