Sinhanguk Tongdak

Sinhan Guktongdak is a chicken restaurant in Seoul that serves whole fried chicken and fried chicken gizzards. The whole chicken is fried to order and arrives hot and crisp, and the fried gizzards are sold alongside it. The kitchen and the dining area are one open space, so the process of dipping raw chicken in batter and cooking it is visible. Service toward foreign customers at the shop is on the cold side.
