Ppoyan Gopchang

Ppoyan Gopchang is a Korean restaurant in Sindang-dong serving beef gopchang (grilled intestines) and ojingeo sundae. Its signature ojingeo sundae is served grilled until it has a nurungji-like texture. The squid is grilled at the restaurant, and the glutinous rice filling is pressed to create a savory, crispy nurungji texture. The gopchang is not fully trimmed of fat.
