Hibiki

Hibiki is a Japanese restaurant in Seoul that serves aged hoe and sushi courses. In winter it offers yellowtail, sea bream, mullet, salmon, tuna, and flounder hoe, along with abalone and sea squirt. The dining room is large and there are separate private rooms, with courses brought out in sequence starting with hoe and side dishes. The portions of hoe are small and the prices are on the high side.
