Seorae Seom and Banpo Seom are islands in the Han River at Banpo Hangang Park in Seocho-gu, Seoul. A rapeseed flower festival is held in spring, and silvergrass and reed beds can be seen in autumn, making the area good for riding a bicycle. The current Seorae Seom was built from 1982 to 1986 around the site of the Joseon-era Banpo Seom, which has disappeared. Outside the rapeseed flower season and picnic times, the area is mostly empty except for the picnic spots at its eastern end.
