Yeontan Burak

Yeontan Burak is a Korean barbecue restaurant in Seoul that grills pork, chicken feet, and galmaegisal over charcoal. The strong charcoal heat gives the meat a crisp exterior, a moist interior, and a pronounced smoky flavor. Salad, ssam vegetables, and doenjang soup come as basic side dishes, the ssam vegetables are self-serve, and jjolmyeon muchim is served at no charge. The round tables are placed close together.
