Yeonsoba

Yeonsoba is a soba restaurant in Gwanak-gu, Seoul, about 100 metres from Seoul National University Station Exit 4. It serves panmomil and naengmomil as its main dishes, along with udon and donkatsu, and its signature panmomil pairs thin, springy buckwheat noodles with a rich broth carrying bonito aroma. Entry requires QR verification, and the shop has a self-service bar and seats for solo diners. Takeout orders come with instructions, and the parking lot is reached by turning behind the main road, which makes driving inconvenient.
