Wonjo Honam Sonpat Kalguksu is a Seoul restaurant serving kalguksu (knife-cut noodles) and saealsim patjuk made with domestically grown red beans. The dishes come with hand-cut noodles and rice-cake balls in a rich red-bean broth, accompanied by kimchi. The restaurant has prepared its food by hand using a traditional method passed down from the owner’s grandmother’s time. Kimchi is available for takeout, and the restaurant may close before its scheduled hours when the prepared ingredients run out.
