The Dining Roa

The Dining Roa serves Jeju-style gogi-guksu and gogi-myeolchi-guksu about five minutes from Seoul National University Station in Gwanak-gu, Seoul. The gogi-guksu comes with a strong bone-broth soup, a generous topping of pork, and sides of kimchi, buchu-kimchi, and pickled onions. The small basement space separates the kitchen from the dining area and gets crowded at lunch. It sits at the entrance of an alley below ground, which makes it hard to find.
