Susanghan Dakbal

Su Sang Han Dak Bal is a chicken feet restaurant near Seoul National University Station in Seoul that serves gukmul dakbal, mubyeon dakbal, and sutbul dakbal. The gukmul dakbal is cooked to order and comes out with a thick sauce, while the mubyeon dakbal has a strong charred aroma. The restaurant has few tables, so arriving around 7 p.m. can mean waiting about an hour, and customers also order gyeranjjim and jumeokbap alongside. When the restaurant fills up, it gets loud enough that conversation is hard to hear.
