Singiru Hwangso Gopchang Gui

Sigimiru Hwangso Gopchang Gui is a gopchang (grilled intestines) restaurant in Bongcheon-dong, Gwanak-gu, Seoul, located across the main road from Sharosu-gil. It serves gopchang with potato, onion, and chives, along with bokkeum-bap and fried eggs. After eating the gopchang, diners fry bokkeum-bap in the remaining oil and mix it with egg. The dining room has weak ventilation, so smoke fills the air and the gopchang smell stays on your clothes.
